What is check-in time and check-out time?
Check-in time is 3p.m. MST, and check-out time is 11 a.m. MST, every day.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Of course, we’re pleased to accommodate your needs. We charge $25 for a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out. Please contact Guest Services to request early check-in, late arrival, and late check-out, subject to availability.
What if I need to check in late at night?
No problem! All check-ins are now “self-check-ins.” This means you can check-in, on your own any time after 3pm. Please contact Guest Services if you have any questions.
Where should I park when staying at the Edwards House?
All parking for the Edwards House is complimentary. Parking behind the inn is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a total of six spaces. Overnight street parking is available on the immediate EAST and SOUTH sides of the Edwards House.
Are pets allowed at the Edwards House?
The Edwards House does not lodge pets. We will be glad to help you find boarding for your pet at a local kennel. Please contact Guest Services to make arrangements.
Is there an ATM near the Edwards House?
An ATM is located on the corner of Mountain Avenue and College Avenue (100 S. College Ave).
Is the Edwards House suitable for children?
The Edwards House can accommodate children 10 years of age and older.
May I smoke at the Edwards House?
The Edwards House is a 100% smoke-free inn. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or any public areas of the inn, including on the front porch and back terrace, consistent with local regulation.
In order to ensure compliance with federal legislation, the Edwards House prohibits the smoking of marijuana as well as other form of consumption of marijuana products in guest rooms and in all public spaces of the inn and its grounds.
Can we use an overnight room for wedding prep?
The Edwards House is a perfect place to get ready for your special day. Up to five people are permitted in the room at one time. An extra fee of $75 is applied to parties performing wedding prep in rooms. (If you are preparing for an on-site wedding no fee is applied.)
Can I rent the entire Inn?
You sure can! We call this an Inn Buyout. If one party is renting the entire Inn with the same check-in and check-out date we require a full Inn Buyout with a special contract. Please contact Guest Services to make special arrangements. If you book the entire Inn on separate reservations, we will reach out to you to create an Inn Buyout.
Cancellation Policy
Due to limited number of rooms, cancellation of any portion of your reservation must be made by 12 pm local time seven (7) days prior to your arrival date. The cancellation must be made either by phone or email, and you must receive a cancellation confirmation email from the Edwards House in order for the cancellation to be valid. Proper notice of cancellation is made without charge. Cancellations made with less than (7) seven days notice or which do not follow cancellation procedures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Special events, holiday reservations, and groups booking blocks of (2) rooms or more require 30 days’ notice of cancellation to avoid a cancellation charge of the entire reservation. Guests who cancel these reservations with less than 30 days’ notice are responsible for payment of the entire reservation charge, regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
Reservations made and guaranteed with an Edwards House gift certificate must be canceled up to (7) seven days prior to arrival date. Without proper notice of cancellation, the gift certificate will be redeemed and no refund will be made. Gift certificates may not be used on holidays or special events.
The Edwards House reserves the right to cancel or otherwise modify any reservation at its sole and absolute discretion.
