The Montezuma Room offers a beautiful, mid-sized event space. This room is great for Dinner Parties, Business Parties, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Wedding Showers, Weddings and Rehearsal Dinners.

20 people maximum in Longs Peak | 50 maximum in Montezuma Manor
This includes children and applies for open house events.
Set up
Tables: (choose one option)
Rectangular Wood dining tables (seat up to 32)
6 ft. round tables (seat up to 50 )
Conference style tables (seat up to 30 )
Tables may be arranged in desired formation. House linens MUST be use or rented to place on both round and conference tables. Linens are recommended on wood tables
Chairs
Wooden event chairs (50 available) OR conference chairs (35 available)
We do not have the ability to remove furniture from the room during your event.

The Edwards House offers an In-House flower arrangement service. (No additional service fee)

Timeframe
Events must be booked at least 30 days in advance, unless otherwise arranged.
·Allowable event hours: 10am – 10pm (If events start before 9:00 am, or end after 6:00 pm, an additional fee of $300 is added to the base rate.
Standard timeframe is 5 hours and additional time can be added by the hour.
Set up and breakdown must be included in scheduled timeframe.
No events in Longs Peak past 6pm.
No events in Montezuma Manor past 10:30 pm.
Catering
All catering must be coordinated by the Guest Services Coordinator
Catering will be provided, as drop off or on-site
We will contact caterer immediately after booking/initial consultation to inquire about availability
Bartender will be provided by Third Party (Bartending Services upon availability)
Beer, wine, champagne allowed. No hard alcohol.
Guests can bring their own alcohol for approved events only, if it is confirmed with guest services prior to event. Edwards House employees are not allowed to serve alcohol.
Event Rates
$500 Longs Peak | (Max 20)
$750 Montezuma Manor | (Max 50 ) + ($300 evening event fee, if applicable)
- 5 hours, including set up and tear down
(Note- If you are planning a wedding in the event space, please contact guest services for rates)
Additional Fees-
$50 Longs Peak / $75 Montezuma Manor/ hour for each additional hour after 5
$75/ $100 /hour if added less than 48 hours in advance
Deposit amount is the room rate for their given timeframe per day plus tax and is to be collected at the time of booking.
o Events require 60 days’ notice of cancellation to avoid a cancellation charge. Event room reservations cancelled with less than 60 days’ notice prior to event will be charged a cancellation fee of the entire reservation charge with applicable taxes and will be responsible for catering costs based on our discretion. Additional fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
Any additional charges (i.e. catering, rentals, etc.) will be collected prior to event departure.
Penalty charges:
Over timeframe - $75 LP/ $100 MM/ hour
Additional housekeeping/damages - $100/hour applied at our discretion
