Conferences

The Edwards House Bed and Breakfast has two spacious rooms for meetings and conferences with  comfortable capacities of eighteen and twenty-five.  We have a variety of office equipment for rent and all meetings can be catered with breakfast, lunch, or dinner by our knowledgeable staff or by an outside caterer.

The Lodge

The Lodge at the Edwards House is a large, 1000 square foot room, with open beam ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace, and gourmet kitchen. The wood siding and hardwood and slate floors give this room a true mountain lodge feel. The maximum capacity of this room is fifty people, but the conference table set up can comfortably hold up to twenty-five for larger meetings. Equipment available for rent includes screen, overhead projector, easels and pads, white board, and speaker phone. High-speed, wireless internet is included with the room rate. In the finished basement there is a recreation area with a pool table, fireplace and big screen TV; perfect for small breakout meetings.

Longs Peak Room

The Longs Peak Room is an 800 square foot room located on the lower level of the main house. It has casual seating, as well as, traditional conference style seating and cozy gas fireplace. Equipment rentals include screen, overhead projector, easels and pads, white board and speaker phone. High-speed, wireless internet is included in room rate. The Longs Peak Room will accommodate up to eighteen people comfortably at the conference table.

Edwards Library

For meetings of 5 or fewer, we can offer the library at $100 per day. This is an intimate room with soft seating.

Our conference spaces can be transformed into the perfect venue for your next party! Conference rates include consultation and coordination of your event. We cater breakfast, lunch and dinner in-house or through several catering companies in Fort Collins. Please call to discuss the details!
